Dry Skin?
If you have been complaining about how dry your skin is, join the club. In the winter months I have to do a lot more to help my skin than in the summer months and I have been using professional products for a very long time. This is just a fact because we have other components working against us in the winter like heaters and extreme temperatures.
A simple but effective four step system that I do all year round but more often in the winter is crucial to maintaining soft skin. These products can be found in our boutique and I'd be happy to explain in person.
1. Body brushing—Done before the shower on dry skin. If you've never done this before you should really consider it. It takes a little while to get into he habit but once you do you will be amazed by the results
2. Fruity Peel with AHA's for the body. After body brushing you will apply the fruity peel on dry skin as well and work in the product.
3. Use a plant based shower gel, like Tiare Flower shower gel, to wash the body. This type of product will not strip the skin but will leave it the way it's supposed to be, clean but not dry.
4. D-Age body cream or Tiare Flower body lotion to protect the skin and heal it as well. Tiare Flower is great for daily use because of the price and it leaves the skin so soft. De-Age is great for target areas where the skin needs a little more help and is a fantastic anti-aging product.
