What to Put in Your Spa Bag
If you are taking a vacation and there is a spa at the resort you will want to be prepared to enjoy the amenities offered. The following is a list of things you might want to throw in your spa bag
Bathing Suit
You may want to utilize facilities such as whirlpool, swimming pool or steam and sauna.
Sandals/Filpflops/Slippers
You may feel more comfortable in your own shoes, some spa slippers are not very comfortable especially if you’ll be there all day or are getting a pedicure. When you are getting a pedicure thong sandals are best or the ones with the toes separated.
Hairbrush or Styling Brush
Although usually provided for you I always feel more comfortable using my own. They may provide only a limited amount and it might not work for your hair. Hair dryers and finishing sprays are usually provided so you don’t have to bring that with you.
Anti-Perspirants
These are usually provided but then again it is a personal preference. Sprays are offered due to sanitation.
Shampoo and Conditioner
You may want to bring your own because you know your hair type but these are definitely offered, usually a generic or spa named brand.
Workout Clothing and Shoes
Most, if not all, Luxury Resort Spas have fitness facilities so try and take advantage while you are visiting. Most are state of the art and spare no expense on latest equipment.
Make-up and Skincare
If you are not having a facial or having your make-up done you may want to bring these with you. Make-up is not usually provided unless at a cost to you via a lesson or an application.
Toothbrush
For obvious reasons but if you forget yours they should be able to provide one for you.
